Storage terms & conditions explained:

If you wish straight forward storage for your car & project, unless an arrangement has been previously made, then the storage fees are as detailed below in section 1 & 2; but also at anytime work cannot be carried out, please note any further sections which may apply.

1. A weekly charge of £50 will be billable to cover the rent of the

area used by the car (due to area within workshop being paid for in the

rent of the building, so this is a charge to be passed on to all

customers) over any period while the car is with Phoenix Classic

Restorations.

2. Plus an insurance fee of £10 per week, unless you wish to sign a

disclaimer whereby it's not covered by PCR insurance and you're happy to

accept the risk should anything happen - Phoenix Classic Restorations

also Robert Whitton will not be liable for any damage or losses regarding

cars, projects and parts involved.

In which case the insurance can be removed as Phoenix Classic

Restorations , Robert Whitton & the owner of the car , project , parts and

anything relating to the said project in question are fully understanding

that without insurance they all know, without a doubt, it's at the owners

risk and so the owner must take steps to insure or protect anything

involved in a way they see fit/needed.

3. If at anytime a project is on hold and it's not the fault of Phoenix Classic

Restorations or Robert Whitton, for example if awaiting parts or

confirmation from the owner reagrding works, or any reasons beyond

their control, the customers project then moves on to storage rate

covered by Section 1. above and, unless prior

arrangement has been made between Phoenix Classic Restoration or

Robert Whitton, then the standard rate is billable for the period

in question.

Storage terms & conditions for cars and also while a project is on the books if at anytime we cannot continue further the car gets moved onto storage rate to cover costs accured to us as a company .
